Through this programme we promote the interests of the voluntary and community sector in policy and strategy development. This forms the backbone of our work and we deliver several projects within this programme:

Third Sector Strategic Forum

The Third Sector Strategic Forum enables the third sector to influence decisions made by the new Joint Strategy & Investment Board.

Sustaining Influence and Change

Through Sustaining Influence and Change we support a series of thematic policy fora to influence the delivery of key policy and strategy.

Third Sector Strategic Partners Project

The Third Sector Strategic Partners Project supports effective communication between the Department of Health and local voluntary and community organisations working in health and social care.

Influencing Economic Engagement

Influencing Economic Engagement promotes the value of the voluntary and community sector to the West Midlands economy and informs regional economic priorities.
