This programme involves supporting voluntary and community organisations to deliver services effectively. It currently includes 2 projects:

Infrastructure Development Project

The Infrastructure Development Project promotes the value of voluntary and community sector infrastructure at a regional level. It involves gathering learning and good practice from sub-regional consortia and ensuring public sector partners hear about the positive impact the voluntary and community sector has on regional priorities.

Regional 2012 Sports Volunteer Coordination

This project aims to build a lasting legacy for sports volunteering in the West Midlands. This includes working with partners to strengthen the links between sports volunteering and the wider volunteering agenda.
