Health and Well-being News Alert is a workstream within RAWM, funded by the Department of Health Strategic Partners Programme and aims to build the capacity of voluntary and community sector groups and organisations by providing support that will allow the sector to be more effective in policy work and engagement at sub-regional and national levels.  One such example is through West Midlands policy fora which provide opportunities to work together on policy issues of sub-regional and national importance.
