Request for proposals: communication strategy for Regional Empowerment Partnership

Design and deliver communications strategy to promote regional empowerment programmes
The Regional Empowerment Partnership (REP), called Every Voice Counts Partnership (EVCP) in the West Midlands is seeking to commission a communications expert. The successful candidate will undertake the design and implementation of a communications strategy to support the promotion of empowerment projects in the West Midlands, demonstrating legacy and links to the Big Society agenda.
