Staffordshire, Warwickshire, and West Midlands
Salary: £43,455 - £52,830 p.a
The British Red Cross helps vulnerable people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are.
The British Red Cross are part of the world’s largest independent humanitarian organisation. They enable vulnerable people at home and overseas to prepare for and respond to emergencies in their own communities. And when the crisis is over they help people recover and move on with their lives.
Red Cross delivers a range of services across Staffordshire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands, liaising with a variety of external partners. As Operations Director you will lead a team of staff and volunteers delivering and developing services across the area.
You will be a strong team builder with a proven track record of strategic and operational leadership in a complex organisation. You will have grown service impact and have a sophisticated approach to working with multiple stakeholders. A skilled communicator you will be confident positioning the Red Cross externally.
