Consultant opportunity: Establishment of a VCS contracting vehicle

Shropshire VCS Assembly Board has been awarded a small amount of funding from Shropshire Council to support the development of a contracting vehicle for Assembly members currently providing, or wishing to deliver services. Independent support is sought to assist The Shropshire Consortium CIC (and its associated body Shropshire VCS Assembly) in developing a sustainable and effective joint bidding consortia/trading vehicle.

Competent advisors and consultants with a knowledge of the Voluntary and Community Sector and the development of collaborative service delivery/ establishment of contracting vehicles are invited to submit a quotation/proposal not exceeding 3,000 words (excluding material submitted as appendices).
