Birmingham LGBT Director
Birmingham LGBT’s vision is to create a vibrant, diverse Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans community in Birmingham in which individuals can realise their full potential and have equal access to all the city has to offer.
As well as a range of support services, training and programmes Birmingham LGBT has secured funding from Big Lottery Fund to establish and manage a new Health and Wellbeing Centre for the LGBT community in the city, which will be the cornerstone of the organisation's development over the next four years.
To accommodate the growth and expansion of the charity, Birmingham LGBT are recruiting for a Director.
Director (£32,500 - £37,000) 37 hpw plus benefits package and matched pension contributions
The successful candidate will have overall strategic, financial and operational responsibility for managing Birmingham LGBT and driving the charity forward during this exciting period of expansion, and responsibility for a growing number of staff.
