Turn2us helps people in financial need gain access to welfare benefits, charitable grants and other financial help – online, by phone and face to face through our partner organisations. Turn2us is part of the national charity, Elizabeth Finn Care.
Turn2us brings together an easy to use Benefits Checker and a Grants Search giving access to over 3,000 charitable funds – all available through their free, accessible website www.turn2us.org.uk. Turn2us is also supported by a freephone helpline, for anyone who cannot access the website.
Turn2us is inviting support workers and volunteers who work with people in financial need to attend a free training workshop. The workshop will enable participants to understand how to use the Turn2us tools and services with their clients, as well as giving an overview of the wider work of Turn2us and Elizabeth Finn Care.
Activities
- Live interactive demonstrations of the Turn2us Benefits Checker and Grants Search.
- Introductions to the other resources available at www.turn2us.org.uk, including the My Turn2us account features which enable people to apply directly to grant-giving charities online, save benefit checks and access e-learning resources.
- Opportunities for questions, answers and sharing of ideas throughout!
Booking Information
