This forum will explore the changes in policy that will effect the work of the third sector nationally and then more specifically in the Midlands region and how your leadership as a chief executive will be key to adapting your organisation through these changes to remain successful.

It will focus on how the relationship between the CEO and the board needs to have a strong foundation in order to ensure that organisational performance and staff retention is on target and the best methods of employee engagement to achieve this. The importance of keeping your organisation sustainable will also be addressed by covering business models and how the third and private sector can work in collaboration to strengthen their key projects and achieve targets that may only be reached by combining the expertise of both sectors.
