Fundraising strategy training

West Midlands region of the Institute of Fundraising are pleased to announce this one day workshop on fundraising strategy. There will be a full day’s programme, including sessions from David Saint, of Action Planning, and Stephanie O'Sullivan, fundraising consultant.

David is one of the UK's leading exponents of strategic planning, fundraising strategy, and the interdependency of these two disciplines. Steph will bring us some interesting insights into how a number of charities she has worked with have responded strategically to economic and political changes.

Case studies from St Richard's Hospice, Birmingham Settlement and St Basils will demonstrate strategy in practice.
