Community Assets Matter

'Community Assets Matter' is a two-day training programme for advisors to front-line community organisations on the management of buildings and preparation for asset transfer.

By the end of the course, participants will :

• be equipped to advise and support front-line organisations across the full range of building issues and income generation opportunities.
• be more knowledgeable about the diversity of legal and technical aspects of managing community buildings and other community assets
• be able to prepare organisations for community asset transfer

You'll also receive the new Community Assets Matter Resource Handbook that addresses issues covered in the course and signposts more specialist advice and support.
