A4e Work Programme Delivery Partner Framework event

As you will be aware the Government recently announced the next steps to implement the new Work Programme and have released further details on the opportunity which will be tendered in the form of a framework across the United Kingdom.

A4e believe that the Work Programme will offer A4e and its partners a fantastic opportunity to deliver better and more innovative services to a greater number of people. As a result A4e has launched the 'A4e Work Programme Delivery Partner Framework' which is an opportunity for new and existing partners to express an interest in supporting A4e's submission to DWP.

There is still a lot more detail to be worked out in the coming months during the transition to the Work Programme but A4e will make every effort to keep you informed throughout. As a part of this commitment A4e will be holding an event designed to inform potential delivery partners of the opportunities available for partnership.

The event will cover:

• Introduction to the Work Programme
• A4e's current thinking on the design, structure and opportunities that the programme provides potential partners
• Networking opportunities between potential A4e delivery partners
• Q & As from partners on any aspect of the Work Programme and A4e's Partnership approach.

The Work Programme questionnaire was published on the A4e Partners website on Monday, 16th August 2010; the deadline for submission of applications for the 'A4e Delivery Partner Framework' is Friday, 1st October, 2010. Please go to www.a4epartners.co.uk to find out more.

Partners with the experience and track record to deliver the entire customer journey from referral, initial assessment to sustained employment in a specific geographic area or to a specific customer group should register for this opportunity.

Providers of specialist services should consider completing the Work Programme Specialist Intervention questionnaire also available on the A4e Partners website the deadline for which is 3rd December 2010.
